Hey Bodyart,
Can you take a really good close up picture of the port (I guess that's what you call it) that sits near the oil filler cap? I believe those are vacuum lines that plug into it...but not sure. I know when I check my oil last I noticed one was pulled away so I put it where I thought it belonged..but I don't have a diagram to confirm it. Ever since I plugged it in my car has been shifting VERY hard and it's SO annoying!!!! Literally it was doing fine the night before and when I found this line unplugged, plugged it back in, WHAMO! shifting issues. Thanks!!

You must of misplaced the vacuum line, maybe check out thomaspin's site? You can just plug or cap that line temporarily, it runs the EGR valve.
