300TD Removal of Tailgate Interior Panel
 

Being new to the TD world and not yet owning a manual, I am moving forward blind on some issues. Rear wiper/washer are not working yet the relay in the back clicks when I press the rocker switch. I have all parts of the interior panel released except the top, curved lip. Not wanting to needlessly break anything, would someone tell me what holds the top portion of this interior panel and any tricks for R&R. Also, if anyone has experienced this wiper/washer problem please let me know what the primary culprit is. This is a '87 300TD. Thanks. Steve
