Daytime Running Lights
does anyone know about whether or not a 91' 350SDL has daytime running lights ??

i know that for awhile they have been required on canadian automobiles.
i'm not sure when this law took affect. you could call the dealer. peter

I am from canada and am planning on purchasing a 350sdl from the USA because you can't even find a single one for sale over here
any idea if the USA models have them or not?? I am pretty sure that for me to import the car back to Canada the vehicle must have DRL's thanks again

u.s. models ['91 w126] do not.
they are not required here. some cars here come with them g.m. cars and trucks, toyota, [possibly lexus],volkswagen. i understand there is a safety factor involved here, but i personally don't want them on my car, I WANT TO CHOOSE. it's only one or two clicks on the switch. on some long trips i do turn them on. peter

i personally do not like them either
i now just have to find out if they are required to pass the federal inspection of the car if I import it from america thx for the help
