Talking fixed oil leak at filter housing 240D

took the benz on its frist high speed(ha, ha) trip and found a new oil leak at the bottom of the oil filter housing. i know it was a pretty big leak because it cleaned most of the gunk off of the oil pan area under it.
so i cleaned and verified the leak area and did a search, found a post that said simply try to tighten the bolts.
i had to customize a 6mm hex key by grinding it down to fit between one of the bolts and the powersteering box. then got a short (about 8 inches)piece of 1/2" black pipe as a cheater and got at least a 1/4 to a 1/2 turn on all bolts, and the leak is fixed......
thanks to all again for you info.....BILL
