Road Trip.

The Pale Horse Texas Tour/ shakedown cruise gets underway tonight about 7:00pm when we shove off for Dickinson.

Won't that look übercool? TWO, count 'em TWO 80's model 300TDs in a convoy! Hot Damn!

R Leo,

Nothing like the 20 300SEL6.3, 2 450SEL6.9 and a 600 MB convoy like the M100 Group had at their meet last year.

PEH,
It seems to me that a convoy sporting 8893.8+ cubic inches of gasoline engine displacement might need a little help here and there.

I'd sure like to have seen it anyway!

R Leo,

Now I get it. They were going south at 75 MPH on the NE PA Turnpile, each only about 1/2 way open.

My 6.3 isn't too bad on fuel if I didn't push it. I could get 18 MPG with reasonable driving but only 7 MPG wide open. That's 20 GPH. Guess that's why the fuel lines are so large.

R Leo,

Jim

Sie sprechen das Babelfish?

Jim,
Viel Dank.
