Unhappy 1992 300D alignment issues

It all started with a knocking sound when turning and I replaced the tie-rod assembly all the way accross. At the same time the car was pulling significantly to the left. The front drivers side tire is wearing badly on the outside. I replaced the Left, Right and Center Tie-Rod assembly and steering damper. I was unable to get to the dealer for the alignment so was forced to NTB. They had difficulty but got the front end within the spec on the spaceage Hunter alignment machine. Since the alignment she is still pulling left and probably not any better than before.

Suggestions wanted

Wayne

Did you replace the worn out tires?

Over 90% of the pulling conditions I see are the tires. If you wish to see, take the two front tires and switch them side to side. The car will prbably pull the other direction.

Next stop......tire store.
Can you put the spare on the front ?
Short of that, you could waste some $ and have 2 tires flipped over on the rims, making the worn left front outside, the right front inside.
