He has always been incredibly helpful. Once he looked up these tiny little clips that hide the screws in the front dash. Cost him about 10 minutes and I ordered about $1 worth.

just ordered a part for the wif's vw. part came superfast, was the correct piece, and best of all it had 'made in germany' stamped all over it :D
no aftermarket crapola.
