Possible use of romex would be to power relays for overated bulbs in euro-lights. Quick,dirty,cheap and ugly.
The vacuum line to the booster is not correct. It's the updated version. These things very rarely go bad. Especially at 25k. The engine compartment does look great otherwise.

Hate to say it, but time is time. This is a 22-23 year old car, and nothing can fix that. The mileage means nothing to me. In fact, I'd be more hesitant to buy such a car. Seals dry up, bushings compress, engines corrode inside, and so on. Sitting is not the best thing to do to your Mercedes.
I wouldn't pay one dime over the going rate for any other 81 Sugar-Daddy (SD). I know a woman that paid twice the going rate for an R107 560SL that had 6000 original KM's on it. She ended up sinking $10K further into the car. Forget it.
