Hose clamps and female names!

after fixing my heater by removing the bworthless black box, I had some left over hose clamps. They are sitting on my desk. Today, Right now actually, i was looking at them and noticed that their were some female names, on said NORMA (in block letters) and the other said jenni in cursive letters, what are these names. Are they the inspectors names or the people who put them on, or the people who made them.
anyone know?

I like your stable also... I have a TD and split-window bus, both of them slow hard-core vintage long-distance travelling german workhorses.
