She Now Has a Name
The horse with no name shall be no longer. From now on she, the 85 300TD, will be refered to as Passion Flower, not because she is a old hippie, that she may be, but in honor of the beast of a car that the great story teller Farley Mowat navigated the roads of Newfoundland in. Soon with WVO in her hold and me at the helm we shall bash our way through the crowded shipping lanes of Long Island

A most excellent name, TO.

Passion Flower...most excellent! An appropriate moniker considering her keeper(s). You'll find now that she has a name, there will be an immediate improvement in economy, performance and reliability.
And, welcome to the forum too! Passion Flower is on the left: |
Looks like that nut didn't fall far from the tree. :o
Welcome aboard, Seth. |
With a name like 'Passion Flower', I hope you got the rear suspension fixed. :p Or maybe the extra rocking when you're 'rocking' is a good thing..? :p A little window tinting might be in order.
I'm surprised you've read Mouldy Old Fart.:p I thought he was only published in Canada.:p I met an authour one time, who was at a function with Farley Mowat, and he (Farley) kept making lewd advances on his (the author I met) wife. He was the one that nicknamed him Mouldy Old Fart.:p Welcome aboard! |
