Adhesive for trim
The vinyl trim on the column between the front and back seats in my 1980 300sd is coming loose.
A local shop wants $60 to glue it back (includes removal) but after removing it this week to repair a seat belt, I see that this is an easy job I can do. Can anyone recommend the proper adhesive for this job? Also, I need to glue back that small piece of carpeting on the driver side near the firewall. It is about 6-8' square and has finally come loose after all these years. I was wondering if one adhesive would work for both jobs or if I need to get two different ones? Thanks |

3M Super Trim Adhesive, comes in a spray can. Protect areas from overspray. OR Contact Cement, any hardware store has it. RT
