Vacuum Schematic

Hey... umm.. does anyone happen to have a vacuum line schematic for a 87 300D? My transmission is shifting harshly but only from time to time, I suspect a leak as i've had it shift very smooth and very harsh. I've replaced a few components to have smooth shifting only for it to go back. Thanks in Advanced
