240D Newbie W/Questions

I just purchased a 83 240D automatic for 300 dollars and I have some issues and so does the car....The vacuum lines all seem to be crossed, sealed off or otherwise hosed. I have used the search to try to locate a diagram/drawing/schematic or some clue to how it is done but am not having much luck for this model. In addition to its general problems there are what appears to be a place for four vacuum lines on the injector pump and the only one being used goes to the shut-off. Are these other three vaccums lines important? Any and all help would be appreciated!

Look for a schematic

Often times the schematic for the emissions outlines the layout fo the hoses on the system.
Also there is a company out there called Continental I think or you might try sun valley rebuilders that have several of the schematics on their web site.
Do a search on "transmission AND adjustments" at the bottom of this forum and some threads wiht the links should come up. I didn't bookmark them.
Someone may post them here for you too.

I'd do the picture thing but your car is newer than either of mine.
