TD ride height 10" vs 9.5" to bottom of jacking point

My TD looks a little low at the back - but I may be imaginign it. If I measure from the ground to the bottom of the front jacking point hole - its 10". For the rear its 9 1/2 " - Is this 'normal' - I can't find any references anywhere to ride height figure.

I have the shop manual CD but I need 40-310.pdf. This section is referenced in 32-670 as 'refer to adjusting level control' or something along those lines, but for some reason this section is missing from my cd - s if anyone has a opy could they email it to me please?
