Metal strap on relay?

On my glow plug relay there is a metal "strap" with two screws. Is THIS the 80 amp fuse (thin piece of metal) or did some PO do this crap?

Yes, that is it. The correct fuse in aluminum, and I think, has the amperage stamped on it.
