My my, but that blood MUST be THIN!!

I haven't run my heat for a combined hour yet this season. I can gurantee you that my house is sitting in the upper 50's right now. I actually get uncomfortable at much over 65 degrees inside. Thank God for electric co-ops. I'd bankrupt myself running the A/C in the city.

Ok, but if you were really white trash you would put the car up on old car batteries you have laying around.... that's the way we do it in East Texas!

Well, for the second time since I have moved into this apartment, my electric baseboard heat has failed. It is 2:30 AM here on a Friday morning and noone will answer the 24 hour maintance phone. It is a balmy 51 degrees in here right now according to my roomie's thermometer thing, and I am almost to the point of seeing my breath. All this for just 3 grand a semester

So I'm NOT the only one!! Wow...

BTW, my girlfriend thinks I'm completely nuts. She keeps a sweater on in temps up into the lower 80's...
