remove the rear light sockets on a 300 td 1987 model?

Hello Blloyd 7,

Removing the rear light sockets on a W 124 - 300TD is so simple that you have to see it before believing it.
Just open up the rear side pannels as for having access to the spare wheel and filling up the fluid of the rear whiper/washer. Look in the corner at the rear of the lights. With to fingers you simply press the two protruding plastic plates and the socket will pop out. It will take you less time than reading this.

The same difference : in that corner you will see the nuts who are holding the exterior part in place.
