I not certain of the height, but I *can* tell you that you want to measure from the jack points (the 'holes') to the ground. I also know that on level ground the distance from the hole to the ground should be equal on all 4 jack points.

Hope this helps,

Pete

any word on this?

I've been searching through the forums to find this. I'm R&R the rear axles, and want to adjust the ride height first. I have a feeling the PO adjusted the height too high, and that may be responsible for the now-torn boots.

So does anyone know the standard rear end height on a w123 wagon? Where can this information be found?

I'd like to know this, too. My SLS was replaced with gas shocks before I got it and is currently lower on the drivers side by about two inches.

I believe it is 12.75 inches from the wheel center to the top of the wheel well. it is very close to that if that is not it. dont forget to adjust your headlights.
