Go'na burn car diesel in my home boiler

Just paid $3.59/gal

for #2 heating oil in central Jersey. And that's not the "stranger" price, I'm a regular signed up customer. I can buy the same road taxed stuff at a nearby station for 30 cents less. When did heating oil become more expensive than road fuel? Something is very wrong.
