Update:

Almost all the wrenches had to be special ordered because the warehouse in the US did not have any.

The feelers will arrive to me in about a week, then maybe a couple more weeks all the wrenches will be in.

I will keep everyone posted in further developments.

Mind reader?

Man you got a knack for mind reading. Was just wondering the time lines on these today. Just got my brake parts and valve cover gasket in the mail from Fastelane. Looking forward to the wrenches.

Thanx again.

make sure you get that diesel injector return line hose because you always break it when you do a valve adjustment because it gets brittle. I think it is black now days, it is a woven hose.

You know how it goes.

All the feelers are on their way to me as of Monday!

And, now, Tuesday, the wrenches are on their way to me!

It is always like that.

Once I get them I will package them up to everyone and send them out.

I hope you will all have your wrenches and feelers soon.

Id recommend if you are going to do this, get a new valve cover gasket, and also about 5m of that return line for the injectors.

Thanks,

Thanks for the input. I already have new line for the injectors. I cleaned the old injectors and replaced the lines already. I do have to tear two of the injectors back down, clean and reassemble though. They leak. I have new injectors comming to me from India. That may take MONTHS though.

I have new valve cover gasket also.

It is good to have extra. I think a min of 2m for a 300D.

Hello Participants.

Everything has arrived, the wrenches, feelers and handles.

Give me a couple days to get everything packed up for everyone.

I acutally got myself a set of MB wrenches and a set of unimog wrenches, the unimog ones are really cute =). They lever handle is about half the length as the regular ones.

I will update you next with a tracking number probabaly. I have to go buy some boxes to ship everything in.

See ya later.

Austin;

Please tell when you are shipping.. It has been two weeks since your last email update. Even slow mail shouldn't be this this slow.

I packaged up all the wrenches, and feelers, I managed to negotiate for 6 feeler blades instead of 4 blades for the same price. The extra 2 are for if you are adjusting the valves for very cold weather I believe.

I will be sending them tomorrow.

Here are the tracking numbers

Bernie Rusnock 209174210000286
Roger Shoaf 209174210000279
Jerry Breault 209174210000262
Jeff Hanson 209174210000255
Dave Morrison 209174210000248
George Jessup 209174210000231
R. Stephen Porter 209174210000224
David Meimann 209174210000217
Henry Pease 209174210000200
Philip Staton 209174210000194
Bill Vaughn 209174210000187
Jean-Baptiste 209174210000170

tracking www.fedex.com/us

The numbers probably won't work until tuesday though.

Thanks,
