Going thru the "Cold Start" Learning phase..help?

Ok Guys

Im going thru the "Cold Start-- "Learning Phase".. on my 300SD...

I've replaced my Battery with a 850amp cranker, tommorrow, I put in a add-on, an in-line heater hose block warmer...

Any tips on Diesel "Cold Start Techniques?" Do's and Don'ts??

what I like to do it set idle screw to full...cycle glowplugs twice depress accelerator all the way down and start cranking untill all cylinders fire

works well for me
