Does this look like 1 degree elongation?

Somebody please confirm that I'm reading this correctly. It looks like 1 degree of chain elongation to me.

Actual miles and engine history unknown. The odometer broke at 76K, and the previous owner said he put about another 40K on it before selling it to me. So the first thing I did was fix the odometer (so I'd know when to change the oil!) and set it to 116K. That was last April, and it's now showing 127,000.

Sounds like its still a "low mallage" car and has been well cared for. I just bought another 240d and thats about what the chain stretch looks like on it (170K). I have all the service records and its the original chain as far as the records show.
