I have been looking at some different 300 models and really like this one. I'm looking for a ballpark fiqure on what its worth(other than whatever im willing to pay )

Here are the spec's.

The good:

2nd owner with all records of maintenance since new performed at a mercedes shop.

Silver W/Black Int.
190K miles
paint nearly perfect
good AC
cruise works
power everthing
talked to mechanic that has done maint. Thumbs up.
new glow plugs
seems to run really well

The Bad:

passenger window wont go down
tachometer works sporadically
interior has a little wear
moon roof works but a little sticky

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Moonroof? You mean it has a glass panel?

Has the transmission had major service? 200K miles is a long life for these transmissions statistically. Don't get me wrong, a good SD is worth a $1500-2000 transmission rebuild regardless of what you pay for for the car.

I believe that all of the fluid changes have been done on a regular basis according to the mechanic, including transmission fluid.

No moon roof i guess I'm just used to calling them that, how about roof vent?

The owner is selling it because she has a new Ford SUV of some type

dont get me wrong I like fords that have a PSD badge.
She doesn't need it anymore supposedly.
