I had a 5 speed in my Peugeot trubo diesel and it worked great. It was a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder.
My wife has a turbo gas Peugeot that has the transmission, just the bell housing and clutch/pressure plate are different. I know, I just put a clutch in it and a long time ago I put a clutch in my diesel and kept the parts.
