German only part?
95 e300d. Indy said one of the relays for my resonance flaps is not available anywhere in the states and must be ordered from Germany 7-10 days. Is this possible in 2004?

The dealer could probably have it in a couple days. Have you tried Phil at fastlane? He could probably have it to you in a couple days too.
