I just bought a green 95 E300D at Vinarts used car lot in Emmaus,Pa and I am looking for the P.O.(my new baby's father) Has she had all her shots( her last oil change, trans and brake service etc.)??? Do you know what the noise in the rear is? If you are on this list please e-mail me.

Seems that Mercedes could tell you that, yes? My old 300D still has the stamped plate in the glove box with the original owners name and address on it. Does Mercedes still have them?

I've seen quite a few W123 cars with the original owners name in a small plaque on the ash tray including my old '83 300D. I think they stopped doing that long ago. And I seriously doubt MB would release the previous owners name and address. Ofcourse the used car lot wouldn't know as it was bought from auction.

You may be able to ask the used car lot where the car came from (probably a trade-in at a dealership) then contact that dealership. They are sure to atleast have the previous owners information.

I know the dealer knows who the PO is, but I was hoping that the PO was on the Fourm.
