Houston MB dealer reccomendations
I looking for an older MB diesel. I've found two places in the Houston that may have them. One is this auto complex with places like Nexcess on the Southwest Freeway near Chimney Rock, and Ronnie Jackson Mercedes on Tuam St. Has anyone here done business with any of these places? I don't know whether these places may be filled with crooks or not, and that I may be better to buy a a car from a private seller, although it's hard to find a good W123 from a private seller. What do you think?

I bought my 300sdl from Ronnie around 6 years ago. He is very knowledgable and trust worthy. He has a good mechanic that he uses to get the cars right. He gets used car trades from the dealership from time to time.

I purchased an 87 300SDL (my first Mercedes) at NEXCESS motors about 2 weeks ago. It was pretty much a no hassle experience. They let me take the car to have it inspected no problem. I had it inspected at Benz by Blair which is right down the street from the dealer. I can definitely recommend Benz by Blair. They squeezed me in for an inspection as I am from Austin and didn't have a whole lot of time. Nice guys.

NEXCEES Houston
Buddy my experience with NEXCEES is this: I purchased an Mercedes E 350 from 2007 with very low miles with cost over $30 000, but I was foolish that I did not take the car for full inspection. They sold me a car with 2 bed tires and damaged aluminum rims. I thought that I m buying a car from dealership and that car before will be placed for sale will be pre-inspected and all the mishaps will be fixed. But I was wrong. Don’t let them to fool you. Once you pay for car you are all on your own, you can’t negotiate with them for anything after that. Open four eyes before you have business with those guys.
