They look right for the 123 but I'm not sure about the 124 (you have the 124 chassis). The ones I've installed are different. By the way, the 124 only takes two sensors.

The brake wear warning light coming on is probably a loose sensor rubbing on the disk. May also have been ground up by now, you will have to look.

The sensor just presses into the brake pad on the inside one. It's much thinner than the pad, so you just have to snap it back in, and check to make sure the wire isn't shorted on something. The connector is under a small cover, and the wire must be coiled up and placed under the cover when the pads are installed, or the sensor tends to fall out or the wire will rub on the caliper or rotor and wear the insulation through.

You may have to remove one of the caliper slide retaining bolt and swing the floating side out of the way to get to the sensor.

Loud squeals from front brakes on these cars is either faulty installation (crud on the piston or floating caliper) or aftermarket pads. It's also possible you didn't break them in properly, too -- you must use them gently for the first 100 miles or so to wear the pad to fit the rotor in full contact, or you risk localized overheating of the pad material and resulting glazed spots. Glaze will give you uneven friction, and cause the pad to vibrate and squeal. Remove any glaze with a coarse file and break the pads in again.

Aftermarket pads that screech will probably have to be replaced with pads that don't (another brand).

Brake pad brand: Bendix Dad got them and installed them, I asked about the sensor and said that he just put them back in, I'm not suprised by the light coming on. And I'm fairly sure that I broke them in right, I hardly ever brake hard, cause if I do, the fan would slam into the radiator. Haven't gotten around to getting that fixed yet, I'm so irresponsible

Brake pad brand: Bendix

I know nothing about Bendix pads, sounds like a generic made in USA brand to me. ATE are very reliable pads, as inexpensive as pads are you should try to get them next time, or Textar either one.
I won't ask about the fan - except I will say I can't see how it would possibly hit the rad!
Next time I drive thru LA I'll be sure to avoid changing lanes if I see your 124 !

HAHA! Don't worry about changing lanes, I leave a gap big enough for a freight truck in front of me. It hits the rad because last year I hit a monsterous dip and it pushed the lower rad support up a good inch or 2, which in turn moved the rad back a lil bit too, now there's about a 1/2 inch gap between the fan and the rad. If i brake hard enough, the momentum of the engine would drive the fan into it. If you still feel uneasy about changing lanes, I'm a mother of pearl gray W124 with a black hood that i haven't bothered to repaint yet with the newer design turn signals and european headlights. :p

OK thanks for the description, like I only drive thru there once or twice a year, anyhow you should fix that because a new rad is going to run you over $200 if it does get smacked by the fan. FYI my 124 is smoke silver and I have a set of Euro Hellas ready to install, and thanks to one corner indicator lens falling out because the detail shop broke the tabs off trying to remove it, I now have '94-'95 indicators. I guess thats the newer design indicators, I didn't like clear corners I saw.
Awesome running cars aren't they?
