I agree with Pete : the guy don't know what he is talking about.
Untill 2003 MB had never a V8 Diesel in a passenger car.
Now there is the brandnew CDI 420.
Sounds big fun to me at almost $500 per injector NOT installed, $1500 for an alternator and that's not all. The fuel filter is completely in plastic : one replacement and it will leak forever. So my advice : replace the housing to!
(Don't know the price yet, sounds big $$s too!)

Yea, I'm not in enough of a good mood to drop the line for details. 'near mint' is always a tastey phrase, though.

My curiosity got the best of me. I called Crystal and she says a man placed the ad for her. It is a gasser, a 560SEL. It has 148,000 miles on it. She says the man who placed the ad made the mistakes. She apologized for the errors. Actually, it sounds like the woman knew what she had, but the man who place the ad was not very accurate!

Glad to hear it. I bit my lip at the mysoginistic comment earlier, but I figure I have more important things to rail about. How are those 560s? Decent driveline?
