Sorry about the cross post, I wanted to make sure anyone considering this one read this...

I'm pretty sure I've talked to the previous owner of this wagon. If it is the one I'm thinking of, he was not the original owner and the car had been repainted due to someone keying the paint. The PO said it was in great shape, but it seems the dealer may not have all the facts, or "accidentally" forgot some of them.

The price is kinda high for that wagon, especially since it sounds like the rear suspension needs to be rebuilt.
