Talking Bought this past weekend off Autotrader

1984 300SD, Anthracite Gray with gray interior.

Need the trunk mounted vaccuum pump, sunroof seals, and instructions on how to get window tint off easily.

Cruise Control doesn't hold speed, but can be used to accelerate....haven't yet searched the site for a possible reason for that.

Proud New Owner, 243,000 miles.

The Vacuum Pump in the wheel well was removed and trashed by the previous owners mechanic.

I just bought one from one of the users on this board and installed it tonight....

No more problems, things working great!!

Thanks again to Speedy300D!

By the way Frank, that's a beautiful SD!

Here's a picture of my 1984 300SD. I purchased it seven weeks ago with 145,xxx miles and it currently has 148,xxx miles. I've replaced the A/C Compressor and Clutch and accumulator as well as the oil pan gasket as it was leaking oil. Yet to adjust valves and check timimg chain condition though.
