Interesting to see a RHD version of the 300D by TonyFromWestOz in Australia. Anyone else have a RHD W123?
Tony, do you or anyone else have any interior shots of a RHD dash?
I now have a DigiCam, so here are the pix you asked for:
The '84 Dash - sans the mat, note only minor cracking.

Cool pix. Good job.
It's interesting to see that the ignition switch is on the left side (just like on old US Fords) and the cruise control stalk is on the right side.

Still don't know what to call her...

Dear Diesel Demons:

I've had many cars in my life but never really bestowed a name on one except as a joke (a Jeep Wagoneer many years ago, which I called "Lyle Wagoneer", after that guy on the Carol Burnett show).

Since I got my '83 300D last July and checked in with this board, I figured my MB needed a name. So I christened her "Lily Von Shtupp", after the Madeline Kahn character in "Blazing Saddles". What do you guys think?

All best,

Diesel Fitter
