while looking for a w115 300d i found this:

1980 280ce euro, cloth seats, euro adjustable lights,
manual heater controls, no a/c, elec sunroof,
elec front windows, small bumpers, 4 speed
manual transmission:p .

the seats are almost perfect, the carpet very good,
the dash has a beginning crack. wood very good.
map pockets are history. orginally had front crank
window; now a cap over the crank holes.

clear coat severly peeled over pumpkin metalic paint.
paint very good. 99.9% rust free.

and a blown engine it dropped a valve. its in parts

so i bought it. i see a souped up diesel in my future!
(and the 280 fuel injection parts into a 280 carburated w114.
all 280 carbs are evil.)
