Open letter to the forum

I just want to say thanks to the forum for all the know-how my dumb ass has received for FREE. All the gentlemen here are to be commended for helping us greenhorns out. I know I would never have had the chance to derive any pleasure from what has turned out to be the coolest car I've ever owned if it hadn't been for the guys on this forum, seriously. I see that there are some people leaving and I hope that trend does not continue. It's a brain drain. And- if I have ever been rude or disrespectful and I'm sure I have- my sincerest apologies to all.
I just felt an expression of gratitude on my part was in order.

As a relative newbie myself I'm going to take this opportunity to take all the credit.

j/k, this forum is the only reason I was able to make an informed purchase, and actually maintain the damn thing. These days I pick my products based the support forums available for them, not the other way around.

Mercedesshop forever!

Peace,
Sam

I agree, finding this forum was the best thing ever. I have since become addicted, and fix as much as I possibly can myself, my car hasn't been to the stealership for repair in ages, they always see me come in for little parts occassionally, such as oil filters, when they used to be the ones doing the oil changes....it must annoy them

This forum is awesome.

You good people have made it possible for a broke dumb ass like me to actually have one of these fine cars and not go bonkers trying to keep it running.

Hats off to all you great forum members.
