Need: 83, 300D Rear Sway Bar link. Anyone?

Yep yep. The only true chinsy looking thing I have seen on the 300D so far is the white plastic rear sway bar links. Well..... in my case "link" cause I'm missing the one on the passenger side rear.

Anyone have one for cheap? I live in FL?

They might look chincy, but they last a long, long time are cheap and are a five minute job to replace. You just can't beat that.

The originals in my last 240D went over 450,000 miles before they started rattling and needed to be replaced. I wouldn't call a part like that chincey.

Have a great day,

I'd have never thought of using plastic for that piece.

I do know there were two different designs, don't recal the difference. The FSM shows them though. The later supercedes the former.

Perhaps:
You might let me drive the UNIMOG the next time I am in Florida?
I am considering adding one to my stable of vehicles.
Have a great day.
