Thumbs up A sign of relief for DIESEL owners....

I just noticed that diesel prices are finally dropping. I refil my diesel every 4-6 days since I drive about 80 miles a day and for the first time diesel was 1.53. It was 1.55 two days ago. I do get my diesel fuel from a TRUCK STOP. Thank god summer is here and prices will finally begin to drop.

hopefully

I'm embarrassed to tell you that I paid $1.79 here in New York. Makes me wonder why I stay here.

Fuel Price

I run my 87 300D and 98 Dodge P/U on Bio diesel that cost about $.60 per gal. to make. At long as the tempture is staying above 32 deg. F. you can run 100%Bio. and the exaust sure smells good.

$1.75 2-3 weeks ago, paid $2.05 today. I forgot the name of the place, its a truck stop and its right at the corner when you take the Indiana St. exit heading north on I-5 there's a Unocal 76 that's pretty close by that has competitive prices too.

If you guys want to her something really scary...

I was driving back from southern California on Saturday, and saw a Chevron station along the 99 where the 46 intersects it.

They were selling diesel for $2.36/gal The doubly scary thing was that 87 g@$ was still a good $.20 more expensive...

In SoCal, I saw prices at $1.81 in March, and on April 1st, the $1.81 price jumped up to $1.89. I haven't refueled since getting back, and I'm almost afraid to...
