What kind of diesel Mercedes Benz do you own?

I was curious as to what kind of M-B diesels do the members own that frequent this section and what kind of cars are the most common among our members.
I have a 1985 300D turbo. What do you guys own?
you can vote for more than one.

Unsuprisingly, it appears to be a tie between the W126 and the W123 models for popularity. Couldn't have been any more predictable.

No W110s or W120s, W121s, W136s or W191s either. I think that covers 1945-1967

Mine is old, very old, so old, that it's over a decade older than me. I don't remember the chassis number, so I'll just go with the year - 1959 190Db. It's the one in my avitar, and in my sig.

What's wrong with that? Do you feel that there should be others up there with them? Oh, and it looks like the 123's are starting to pull away anyway.

Voting Twice

I think I should vote twice since I have Two W123's (82 300D turbo and an 82 240D) but only one W126 (84 300 SD).

Notice most of the cars are W123, W124, and W126. I have a feeling if this poll was taken here 5, 10, or 15 years from now, the W210, W140 and W211, would have the largest bars. I am starting to see even now how the car makeup on this board is changing, more people are buying late 80's early 90's cars. I am also seeing more W210 discussion and even some early W211.

I have a W126.

I see that, now.

I read a lot more than I post, and I notice the majority of cars listed under sigs. Thus, the logical consequence that follows seems to conclude my own estimation of an inevitable outcome. W123's rock!

Nothing's wrong. Its what I expected.
