Get yourself a boost gauge from any performance shop. A 15psi gauge should do it. Tee it into the line from the manifold to the overboost protection solenoid for one reading, then into the line from the overboost protection solenoid to the ALDA.

This is about as cheap as they come - http://www.jcwhitney.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=3286&catalogId=10101&langId=-1&storeId=10101

I thought you just wanted to check. If you're looking at a permanent installation, may I suggest something like...

Guage is very easy to install. That particular model is lighted also. I don't particularly care for the chrome look but it does the job. Run the vacuum line to the T-fitting at the rear of the intake manifold. The arrow points to the banjo bolt at the rear. I just plumbed it in there. It kind of hides behind the tranny dipstick.

On my Mog's 617Turbo there is another spot above where the banjo bolt for the line to the Alda is mounted to the intake manifold. I'm pretty sure I saw the same hole in my 300D. The hole has a threaded plug in it. I beleave this hole is same thread as the banjo bolt below it. If so then another banjo bolt off of a junk 617 can be mounted there and your boost gauge hooked to this. A much more accurate arrangement with this direct connection.

Why is it more accurate mounted there?
