Well its not really humour. They use these in construction but I do find it very interesting, I thought these were all Hydrolic, or pneumatic. Never guessed they had diesel Pile drivers.

In the early eighties I worked in a building that was in the shadow of the US 101 - I280 three-level flyover interchange in San Jose, Ca.
They had those pile drivers going day in & day out, pushing 80 foot long cement piles, 12-14 under each freeway overpass support. They appeared to use bunker crude or some such heavy oil, it sure didn't still smell like dieseil fuel. This looks like a step in the right directiion!
