Valve Sequence 300sd
I don't have the haynes manual yet and am begining a valve adjustment.
From what I can tell the exhaust valves numbered from front to back are numbers 2-3-6-7-10. Is this correct? As usual putting the job before the manual Stephen

You should be able to tell them apart by the position relative to the intake and exhaust manifolds...

Thanks!!
OK. I broke down and got a Haynes manual when I was picking up the .10mm feeler guage at the parts store.
Then I felt like an idiot for reversing the intake/exhaust manifolds when I was looking it over. Spent half the day on a valve adjust and tranny service. I would never make it as a mechanic unless I could charge what a MB shop charges hourly......then I would make lots!!!!! Thanks again, Stephen
