relay diagram
 

I recently purchased an '83 300SD. The seats weren't working so I narrowed the problem down to a relay. Complicating matters is that the diagram located in the fuse box is missing (I had to hunt and peck after I figured out it wasn't a fuse). Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the relay diagram?

Maybe a wrecking yard? I don't have my 83 SD anymore or I'd send you a photocopy.

Looking into the fuse box while standing by the left front wheel and going front to back -

inside row:

- power seat control relay
- power seat separation relay
- overvoltage protection relay (for EGR, 84 CA and 85 only?)
- rear defogger timer and sunroof relay

outside row:

- auxiliary fan relay
- power window relay
- ACC compressor time delay relay
- wiper interval control relay
