Trans dipstick leak
I changed the filter and transmission fluid and now the bolt for the dipstick drips. Did I lose a seal or something?

Re: Trans dipstick leak
Quote:
On the dip-tube bolt, there are 2 aluminum washers, one on each side of the "banjo" fitting, like on any other "banjo" fitting,( like the fuel filter). If one was forgotten, you would have a leak. In my last trans filer kit, there were the 2 washers and the transmission oil pan seal as well as the filter. Good luck

Thanks Tony.
My kit contained no seals. I will have to pick these up.
