Ron and Tim, thank you for considering my interest for joining in.

My interest would mostly be to observe and gain more knowledge from someone who has experience with these 603s and knows what to look for.

It may be possible for me to join in for a day. I have some free time coming up soon and had planned on a road tour anyway. It would be nice to get away for a couple of days.

Did one of you guys say sometime after the 4th of July? That would be good timing for me also.

Tim mentioned either the 10th or 11th, eihter would be good for me. You gut figure it out and call the date, I`ll be here anyway. Room for two cars under roof.

The 10th or 11th sounds good to me too. I may have to replace my head gasket before then as it is leaking oil at the rear of the head but I shouldn't have any trouble doing that and being road worthy once again.

I'll keep in touch and as we get closer to that date, I'll hit you guys for directions etc.

I do appreciate and respect your generosity.....Lunch and dinner is on me!

A 124.193 (300TD) should give 25/30 mpg (city/highway) once the trap has been removed and a 124.133 (300D) should deliveer 1-2 mpg better mileage.

Last tank registered 26 MPG. Perhaps those few full throddle take offs you punched are helping clean things out Tim. Mrs. soypwrd has had the car all week, I`ll take it out and give it some Italian language lessons this weekend. :p Diesel Purge on the way and looking forward to more tinkering.

Come on 30MPG!
