Can anyone help me find the cruise control unit on a 1992 300D 124. I've looked next to the steering column and under the floor board on the passanger side. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are looking up at the steering column, head on the floor mat, look to your right for a aluminum colored box abou 4.5"x3"

I took off the lower dash panel and founf it. I guess I just didn't expect it to be hiden that well. I replaced the one in my '83 many years ago and didn't remember it being that hard to get to.
