Hello to all. I have an A/C heater blower motor that only works when in the upside down position. (opposite of normal installation). I assume the bearings are shot, so I'm looking for a replacement motor. I noticed that the motor can be purchased separate from the entire assembly for a whole lot less. How the heck can you remove the plastic fan from the motor? I see no screws or anything.....

You have to pop out the plastic fan blade assembly from the shaft.(see attached photo)
Once the motor is out, check the brushes. May be that's what need to be replaced for under $10.00. Do a search on the board.
