Unhappy Need good used right Trailing Arm 1982 W126 300SD

Anyone have one?
Trying to help a friend keep his W126 300SD on the road.
The bottom has rusted out at red area of graphic.
You can look in the hole and see deep corrosion inside the arm, blue area of graphic.

I have a buddy that has about seven parts cars. I should ask him if he wants to sell parts to the forum members. When I looked at the thread with the rust photos I realized that these southern parts cars look better than some of the running rust belt cars.

The engines and transmissions are mostly gone or well picked over, the bodies are mostly there.

Yes, please

Hello TwitchKitty
You would be surprised.
I sold 1974 Oldsmobile Delta 88, Arizona body, no interior, glass, powertrain, wire or lighting.
Sold for $1,450.00 USD in Michigan 1990.
Body work is very high here.

It is worth a try, if I can locate where it is.

This is another place you could try, I don't know anything about them, just saw the auctions on eBay.

BH Auto-Parts

You can get their phone number out of any of their auctions.

I bought an alternator from them. They sent a different one than was listed( listed and pictured a double pulley, and sent a single pulley alternator )
Told me he's sending a double pulley to put on it right away. Jury's still out on this place. Three buisnes days and don't have the pully yet and Houston is overnight to here by any shipping method.
The alternator he did send was a recently ( probably less than 30-40k on it by the looks of the brushes) bosch rebuilt unit that tested out OK and he did find and sell me a bracket I needed as well.
Guy seems honest enough, but I'm holding judgement until I have the correct parts in hand.

Asked my buddy, he said he is willing to part with it. Also said the cost of removing it and shipping it is probably more than you want to pay. It may come with the emergency brake cable and hub/brake cause he said it wouldn't be worth it to separate those parts. If you can't find one real cheap, let me know. Shipping would be from zip 36608. I will nail a box around it and drop it at the shipper for no charge.

Depends on luck.

Closure

Sorry.

I did not realize this was left hanging..

He found and bought a local parts car that I stripped.
He got the trailing arms and interior.
I got everything else.
