Looking for a "frosted" mini bulb for climate control dial light

I've looked everywhere but the dealer for one of those mini bulbs that are frosted and no one seems to have one. I would think that there is a reason that the bulb that is in the climate control dial is frosted so I don't want to risk any melting by using a clear bulb. Anyone know where I can get a frosted bulb? I don't have any wrecking yards in my area that have any MB's.

Back To Basics

LOL..
Take some Wet or Dry silicone carbide sand paper ( black) and sand the surface of a regular bulb...
OR sand blast the surface...

Just try the dealer their probably only a few cents.

I got some once. From the dealer I think. I don't think they cost much.

Frosted? I just bought the clear at Advance Auto.

Well since I had found frosted bulbs inside the climate control I thought those were the ones I needed to use. I can get the clear mini bulbs at a number of places fairly cheap.
Thanks for the replies.
