Replacing ECU - tips?
 

i just ordered a used computer from PGA south to replace mine in my '91 300D 2.5. im hoping this will end my turbo/vacuum problems. im just guessing that all i have to do to replace the computer is unplug the old one and plug in the new one. is that all it takes? the dealership was going to charge me for 3 hours of labor for this job, so im thinking there might be more, but maybe theyre just trying to rip me off.

has anyone done this before? can anybody give me any tips?
