Glow Plug Problem
 

I replaced the glow plug module a year ago this mb is stored every winter however glow plug lite does not come on before start but comes on after start fore a minute than goes out after running a minute or two any ideas thanks tag

Sounds like one or more of your glow plugs is dying/dead.

Disconnect wires from the glow plug relay and check the resistance between each glow plug and earth. Any plug which shows a resistance of more than 1 ohm (test with engine cold) will need replacing because it isn't working as effectively as it should be.

You need to have 2 suspect glow plugs to trigger the indicator light after startup unless you have CDI which will illuminate with only 1 suspect plug.

The higher the resistance of the glow plug the longer they take to heat up. A new plug has 0-0.2ohms at room temp
