shoving a 603 into a w201

Ok, so you guys know Im most likely getting some variant of a 603.

Does anyone have any pictures of a 603 in a w201 and any upclose shots of the mounting, wiring, etc?

It's too long

Unless you have a magic wand the 603 is just too long for a 201 eng compartment. There is no room for a rad unless you mount some kind of custom remote rads somewhere else. I have a 603 in my 300d and have measured it against the space in my 87 190D. I realize that anything can be done if you shovel enough money at it but, in my opinion this can't without major butchery. Cheers Dan

Well there is something!!! under that hood

You have a better eye than me if you can figure out what they did to fit those in from that video. Looks like serious money was put into those vehicles!! Cheers Dan

Is the 603 longer than the M103 gasser/six they put in the 201 body?

This one shows they removed the upper and lower radiator supports, at least, to get it in there.

I wish I could tell you. You should go to the website and translate it part by part.. I imagine you'll find out.
